DATA & ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account and Your Data

Account security runs on SSL encryption across every session and OTP verification on login. We don't store full payment credentials — your JazzCash or Easypaisa number is tokenised after first use, so it's never sitting exposed in our database. Data retention follows a defined schedule: active account data is kept while your account is open; if you close your account, non-regulatory data is deleted within 90 days.

SSL Encryption

Every page, login event, and payment step runs over SSL. Your session data and account credentials are never transmitted in plain text, regardless of which device you're on.

OTP Login Verification

Each login triggers a one-time PIN to your registered mobile number. Without that PIN, access is blocked — even if someone has your password. Change your number through Account Settings.

Wallet Tokenisation

JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast numbers are tokenised on first deposit. We reference the token, not the raw number, for all future transactions — reducing exposure if data is ever compromised.

Data Retention & Deletion

Inactive account data is reviewed on a rolling schedule. Close your account from Settings and request full deletion; we'll confirm completion within 90 days minus any regulatory hold obligations.

Common Legal and Policy Questions Answered

These are the questions we actually get asked about how the legal terms apply to your account and your data.

Access depends on local law and eligible regions. You're responsible for confirming that using this platform is permitted under the laws that apply to you before opening an account.

We hold your registration details, login history, payment rail references (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast), and transaction records. Raw payment credentials are never stored — only tokenised references.

Go to Settings, then Legal & Privacy in your account, and submit a data access request. Alternatively, email support with your account ID. We'll respond with your data package within a reasonable timeframe.

Yes. Close your account and submit a deletion request through the Legal & Privacy section. Non-regulatory data is removed within 90 days. Some records may be retained where law requires us to keep them.

We'll notify you at your registered contact before any material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that notice is treated as acceptance of the updated terms.

Use the email support channel and mark your message as a formal dispute. Include your account ID, the payment method involved — Raast, Easypaisa, or JazzCash — and a clear description of the issue.
